Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
